Reimagining a Disney Icon

Purpose

For Eid al-Adha 2022, Disney on Broadway invited Aadil to the New Amsterdam Theater, where he painted an original work live for Aladdin the Musical — the magic lamp reimagined in his arabesque script, carrying a verse by the 13th-century Persian poet Hafez.
