The story of Prophet Sulaiman (AS) teaches us that true leadership is rooted in humility and compassion. Sulaiman (AS) demonstrated care for even the smallest of creatures when he diverted his army to avoid harming a colony of ants. His ability to understand and protect these tiny beings, shows that no matter how great one's power, true strength lies in using it with empathy and respect for all God's creation
